CANCELATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, all cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain in effect for 30 calendar days. Following the conclusion of this period, access to the service will be revoked, and no further charges will be incurred for subsequent billing cycles.

 
To cancel your subscription, log into your account and follow the steps outlined below:
 
  1. Log in to your account and click on the Support icon in the top header bar to access the ADD Support platform.
  2. Select “Submit a Ticket.”
  3. On the ticket submission form, choose “Customer Support” from the “What brings you here?” dropdown menu.
  4. In the “Category” section, select “Account / Services.”
  5. Under “Request,” choose “Cancellation.”
  6. Finally, in the “Type” section, select “Account Cancellation” and click “Submit.”
 
Refund Policy
 
  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds will be issued for any partial or unused months upon cancellation.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remaining unused months. All payments are non-refundable.
